Toyon Room

Located adjacent to the dining room, this semi-private room boasts a large walnut dining table for ten guests. The Toyon Room gains inspiration from Stanford University’s original eating club that was established in 1894.

Morning - 6:30am, 8:00am, and 9:30am Monday – Friday | 7:30am and 9:00am Saturday – Sunday

Mid-day - 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm Monday – Sunday

Evening - 5:00pm and 8:00pm Monday -Sunday

To reserve the Toyon Room the food and beverage minimum is $360 in the morning, $480 mid-day and $620 in the evening. If the minimum is not met the difference will be charged as a facility fee.

Wine Room

A semi-private space adjacent to the bar with a raised dining table with seating for eight. The Wine Room brings a highly inclusive atmosphere for small gatherings.

Morning - 6:30am, 8:00am, and 9:30am Monday – Friday | 7:30am and 9:00am Saturday – Sunday

Mid-day - 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm Monday – Sunday

Evening - 5:00pm and 8:00pm Monday – Sunday

To reserve the Wine Room the food and beverage minimum is $288 in the morning, $384 mid-day and $496 in the evening. If the minimum is not met the difference will be charged as a facility fee.

Pergola*

Located on the upper courtyard, this ten-seat open air trellis with built-in heating and intimate lighting is ideal for an exclusive outdoor dining experience. A casual atmosphere works in unison with the elevated Tavern service to create a memorable event. Enjoy live music in the evenings June - October.

To reserve the Pergola the food and beverage minimum is $480 in the morning, $660 mid-day and $800 in the evening. If the minimum is not met the difference will be charged as a facility fee.

Firepits (2)*

Each firepit is surrounded by padded seating for twelve in a cozy space on The Patio.  A true California experience with live music in the evenings June - October.

Mid-day - 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm Monday – Sunday

Evening - 5:00pm and 8:00pm Monday – Sunday

To reserve a Firepit the food and beverage minimum is $432 mid-day and $576 in the evening. If the minimum is not met the difference will be charged as a facility fee.

The Patio*

The Patio features versatile options for alfresco gatherings in a picturesque setting. Cantilevered umbrellas with built-in heat and lighting offer seating for parties up to 24 guests. Smaller table configurations are also available with shade from the trees surrounding the fountain.

Mid-day - 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm Monday – Sunday

Evening - 5:00pm and 8:00pm Monday – Sunday

A minimum of eight guests is required to reserve a section of The Patio. The food and beverage minimum per person are $36 in the morning, $48 mid-day and $62 in the evening. If the minimum is not met (# of guests x per person price) the difference will be charged as a facility fee.

The Menlo Tavern’s pricing is inclusive of hospitality. Tips are not required.

A signed agreement and deposit in the amount of the anticipated food and beverage revenue will be required to confirm private dining reservations.

Menlo Tavern requires a 72-hour advance guarantee of the number of guests in your party, otherwise, the final bill will be calculated according to the anticipated food and beverage revenue stipulated on the contract. Applicable sales tax will apply to all taxable items.

Menlo Tavern is the exclusive caterer to Stanford Park Hotel and will service all events. The following private rooms are located at Stanford Park Hotel.

Stanford Room

Located at the entrance to the Stanford Park Hotel, the Stanford Room & Patio is a space perfect for meetings and catered social events. A wall lined with windows and a mural of Stanford University’s Quad and Memorial Church creates a sense of place for locals and travelers alike.

Menlo Room

The Menlo Room is located on the ground floor of Stanford Park Hotel in close proximity to the lobby and Patio. Traditional and elegant, the Menlo Room can easily adapt for a variety of events and set-up styles and features a drop-down screen.
